1. Courses (International/Indian Dropshipping, Print on Demand, etc.)

✅ 100% refund within 3 days of purchase if:

• You have watched less than 20% of the course.
• You provide a valid reason why the course did not meet your expectations.

👉 To request a refund, email us at support@bcom2ecom.in within 3 days of purchase.

Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to your original payment method within 6–7 days.

2. 1-on-1 Sessions & Consultations

• Non-refundable once booked.
• Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice.

3. Shopify Store / Business Setup & LLC Assistance

• Non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Digital Products (Checklists, Templates, Supplier Lists, Guides)

• Non-refundable due to instant access.
