At Bcom2Ecom, all our products and services are delivered digitally. Since we provide courses, consultations, and business setup services, there is no physical shipping involved. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (Checklists, Templates, Guides, Supplier Lists)

• Instant access is provided immediately after purchase.
• You will receive the product via email or through your account dashboard.
• No physical delivery is required.

2. Online Courses (International & Indian Dropshipping, Print on Demand, etc.)

• Course access will be activated within 24 hours of purchase.
• In most cases, you will get immediate access.
• You will be notified by email with login details once your course is activated.

3. 1-on-1 Sessions & Consultations

• Session links and details will be sent to your registered email after booking.
• You can reschedule with prior notice (as per our refund & reschedule policy).

4. Website Design, Shopify Store Setup & Business Services (LLC, etc.)

• For service-based projects, delivery timelines will be discussed during the requirement call.
• The deadline will be clearly mentioned in the invoice before work begins.
• Project files, store setup details, or business registrations will be delivered within the agreed timeline.
